| Revlon Whimsical layered over Sally Hansen Air (please excuse my dry hands!) |
I searched all over the place for Revlon "Whimsical" and I finally found on-line at drugstore.com. After reading previous reviews, I realized it was sheer so I layered it with Sally Hansen's Smooth and Perfect in "Air." I love the final result!
For this look, I used:
Seche Vite Clear Base Coat
1 coat of Air
1 Coat of Whimsical
